What is the Power Platform Admin Center?
Power Platform Admin centre is the One stop for all the Dataverse Administration and Dynamics 365 CRM Administration.
Firstly, It allows the Administrator to deploy different environments in the same tenancy. By doing this one can manage and administer these environments at one place only.
Apart from this, the out of Box details analytics helps in diagnosing the overall health of an Environment and the Dataverse within that Tenant.
What are the different components/capabilities in the Power Platform Admin Centre?
Currently Power Platform provides the following capabilities:

| Data Policies | This area helps you in managing and configuring the DLP(Data Loss Prevention) policies for your all environments.DLP is helpful in creating the restricted access and managing the access of Users. |

| Data Gateway | The Data area shows the list of all the on premise data gateways which are configured and installed. |

Which Type of Environments one can create from the Power Platform Admin Centre?
We can create four different types of Environments from the Power Platform Admin Centre.
- Sandbox: Sandbox environments can be created for multiple purposes. One can create these environments for UAT, Development, SIT testing purposes. These are especially non-production environments. These have some additional features like Copy of Environment and Reset the environment.
- Trial(Subscription Based): These are the trial type of environments which are based on subscription. They have full features but the validity of these environments are for 30 days. After 30 days, these environments are automatically deprovisioned.
- Production: This is the main environment that is used for the production or for the permanent work of any organization.
- Trial: These are intended for short term testing and development work. These are also with the 30 days validity after that these environments are expired.
What are the different Analytics Power Platform Admin Center has?
- Analytics for Data Verse:
Analytics for Dataverse includes different tabs with different dashboards and charts.
This helps in understanding the different dataverse environments and their different aspects like Active users API calls, different types of system jobs executed in different Environments etc.
- Analytics for Power Automate:
This will include different analytics for power automate like How many power automate flows are running in which environment. Its error detail, usage detail and even the connector information with respect to each power automate is available here.
- Analytics for Power Apps:
Power Apps analytics help the administrator of Power platform Admin to monitor the different power apps in different environments. They can see the complete details on the dashboard of analytics. Apart from that, they can see the location from where the power platform is triggered most, their toast errors, performance metrics and even the different connectors used in different dataverse environments.
